Who we work with

Goways LLC partners with owner-operators and small trucking companies across the United States. Our dispatch team handles broker calls, paperwork, and rate negotiation — so drivers stay focused on the road and the load board stays full of quality freight.

Required Documents.

Four quick items get you on the network. Send them over, sign the agreement, and we start booking.

01

Active MC Authority

Current motor carrier authority from FMCSA — the foundation of every onboarding packet.

02

Certificate of Insurance

Active COI listing your authority and equipment so brokers can clear you for dispatch.

03

W-9 Form

Completed and signed IRS W-9 so brokers can process payments without delay.

04

Factoring Information

If you factor, send us your NOA — if you don't, no problem, brokers pay you direct.

Built around drivers.

A real desk, real humans, and freight that actually pays. Six reasons carriers stay with us once they sign on.

Dedicated Dispatch Support

One dispatcher who knows your truck, your home base, and your minimum rate — not a queue.

High-Paying Freight Loads

We work direct shippers, top broker desks, and 70+ load boards to chase the strongest lane each week.

Fast Communication

Calls, texts, rate-cons — same channel, same dispatcher, same hour. Day or night.

Route Planning Assistance

Routes with fuel stops, parking notes, and ETA windows so you arrive on the clock.

Broker Negotiation Support

We work the rate up before the rate-con goes out. No back-and-forth on your phone.

Carrier setup FAQs.

The most common things drivers ask before they sign up.

01 What truck dispatch services does Goways LLC offer?

We handle load booking, rate negotiation, broker setup packets, rate confirmations, BOL routing, and dispatch communication for owner-operators and small fleets running dry van, reefer, and flatbed.

02 What documents do I need to start?

Active MC authority, a current Certificate of Insurance, a signed W-9, our dispatch service agreement, and a factoring NOA if you factor. That's it.

03 Do you work with owner-operators or only fleets?

Both. Most of our carriers are single-truck owner-operators; many are 2–10 truck fleets. Same dispatch desk, same flat fee.

04 How does the load booking process work?

You tell us your home base and target rate. We scan load boards, broker desks, and direct shippers, negotiate the rate, then send you a rate-con to sign. Nothing gets booked without your sign-off.

05 How much do you charge for dispatch?

A flat 5% of the gross rate on every load we book. No setup fee, no monthly subscription, no per-load surcharges, no factoring kickback.

06 Do I need an MC authority before signing up?

Yes — you need an active MC number to legally haul interstate. Brand-new authorities (under 90 days) are welcome; we'll focus your first month on direct shippers and trusted brokers to build a clean record fast.

Ready to get rolling?

Send us your documents or call the dispatch line. We'll have you onboarded and booking loads within a day.
